Pink pepper is a special ingredient and you should add in food, beverages or sweets. The taste of pepper pink does not spicy but sweet and aromatic. Pink pepper comes from a bushy plant that called Schinus molle. You will not find it ground but only grain. You should use it in seafood and fish recipes.
